Shared favourites
Quick reports or visualisations that have been favourited can be accessed and added as content to various dashboards in Shared Favourites.
To access Shared Favourites:
- Select the Admin Hub icon.
The Admin Hub panel displays.
- Select the Managed Shared Favourites option.
The Shared Favourites panel opens to display a list of any favourited items.
- To search for a specific shared favourite item, enter the name of it into the search field located at the top of the panel.
Note
Shared favourites are visible to all administrators with permission to view shared dashboards.
Save a shared favourite
To save a quick report or visualisation as a shared favourite Item:
- Select the Quick Reports icon in the Navigation Bar and Quick Reports .
- Select Actions.
The Actions dropdown menu displays.
- In the Shared Dashboard section, select the Save as Favourite option.
A Quick Report dialogue box displays.
- Enter a unique name for the quick report into the field provided.

The Done button will remain greyed out until a name is added.

At this point, it is also possible to add the quick report directly to a shared dashboard. To do so, select the required shared dashboard and select the related checkbox.
- Once a name has been added into the field, select Done.
A Saved confirmation message displays at the bottom of the screen.
The quick report is saved to shared favourites and is listed in the shared favourites list.
To save a visualisation as a shared favourite (using the same quick report example above):
- In the Shared Dashboard section, select the Visualise Results option.
A Visualisation dialogue box displays.
- Use the options across the top of the screen to create the visualisation.
- Select Next.
The Dashboard visibility screen displays.
- At this point, the visualisation can either be saved directly to shared favourites, or to both shared favourites and directly to selected dashboards.
- To add the visualisation to shared favourites only, select Add.
A Saved confirmation message displays at the bottom of the screen.
The visualisation is saved to shared favourites.
- To add the visualisation directly to a shared dashboard, select the required shared dashboard(s) by selecting the related checkbox(es) and select Add.
A Saved confirmation message displays at the bottom of the screen.
The visualisation is saved to shared favourites.
The visualisation is added to the selected shared dashboard(s).
- To add the visualisation to shared favourites only, select Add.
Edit or delete a shared favourite
To edit or delete a shared favourite:
- Navigate to Managed Shared Favourites and locate the required Item (Admin Hub > Managed Shared Favourites).
- Select the Options icon (located to the right of the listing).
The related menu displays two options: Edit and Delete.
Edit
To edit the selected item:
- Select the Edit option.
The Edit Shared Favourite dialogue screen displays.
- Make any necessary amendments to the name, or to the selection of shared dashboards that the quick report or visualisation displays on.
- Select Done.
The changes are saved.
Delete
To delete the selected item:
- Select the Delete option.
A confirmation dialogue box displays on screen.
- To cancel the deletion, select No. To continue with the deletion, select Yes.
The confirmation dialogue box closes.
A Removed confirmation message displays at the bottom of the screen.
The item is removed from the shared favourites list and any related shared dashboards that it was added to.
