Managing data in Entities

You can organize and manage data in Diligent Entities through a range of tools.

Data Library

Data Library is a centralized location for storing data related to entities. In Data Library, you can store information such as bank details, company styles of association, or power of attorney. Data Library can also hold digital or scanned documents Users can view data library items for all entities or a specific entity of their choice.

Diligent Boards

DiligentEntities can share selected data with DiligentBoards.

Data Exchange Manager

The Data Exchange Manager (DXM) module enables the transfer of data between DiligentEntities and other applications, allowing you to perform batch updates and add data to the applications, for example, during acquisitions or mergers.
