Create a List of Company Authentication Codes
Once you have recorded the company authentication codes or company PINs in Diligent Entities, you can produce a UK Company Authentication Code Letter containing these PINs and the presenter details that you could send to Companies House to inform them of the authentication codes.
Before you start
Make sure you have recorded the company authentication codes and the presenter's address for each of the companies for which you want to do electronic filing. Refer to Record Company Authentication Codes to learn more.

Go to All Searches > Companies.

Filter for or select the companies you want to create the list of authentication codes for.
For example, under By Details, you can select United Kingdom as country.

Select Reports and then Other Reports from the list that displays.

In the Report Wizard that displays, select the (UK) Company Authentication Code Letter and List report and select Next.

(Optional) On the Date page, specify the date and select Next.

(Optional) On the Report page, select any relevant options and select Finish.
The following options are available on this page:
- The Save Report to Working Documents option to save the generated report
- The View With field to select an app to view the report immediately
- The Save report settings option to save the report selections
Any report settings you save will be available on the first page of the Report Wizard.
What's next?
You can now send the list to Companies House. Once you have completed all the necessary steps outlined in Set up Electronic Filing for the United Kingdom, users can start to generate and e-file forms to Companies House.
