Define a Signatory for Multiple Forms

Use batch signing to add the same signatory to multiple forms.

The signatory must be actively appointed or common to all companies that the forms relate to.

Note

It is recommended to sign and e-file no more than 10 documents in one go.

  1. Go to Working Documents or Documents.

  2. Select the required forms from the list.

    Tip

    Use the search to find the required form. Select the By Details tab to search for forms within a range of document reference numbers, a specified date range, or by other parameters.

  3. Select Wizards > Sign Documents and confirm the selection.

    The Sign Document wizard displays.

  4. Complete the wizard.

    For more information on the individual steps, refer to Define a Signatory for a Single Form.

    On the Document Details page, the Signatory Details section is updated with the new signatory information.

What's next?

You can e-file the documents you just signed by choosing Wizards > Efile Documents and completing the wizard.
