Meeting Planner: Create Meetings and Download Meeting Information

In Meeting Planner in Diligent Entities, you can create meetings, edit meeting information and agendas as well as download the meeting details summary.

Note

The Meeting Planner option is only available with Enterprise licence. Contact your Customer Success Manager to learn more.

To create a meeting:

  • Select Meeting Planner in the Navigation Bar on the home page.

  • Next, select Scheduler. A calendar view page displays.

  • In the calendar view page, select Add. Two options display to create a meeting:

  1. New Meeting: Create new meeting.

  2. From Template: Create a meeting using a template.

Create new meeting

To create a new meeting:

  • Select New Meeting. The Meeting dialogue displays with three tabs:

  • Details

  • Participants

  • Agenda

Note

Required fields are indicated with an asterisk (*) against the relevant field.

To add and edit meeting Details and Participants, refer to Meeting Planner: Scheduler – Meeting Details and Participants.

To add, organise, edit or forward meeting Agenda items, refer to Meeting Planner: Scheduler – Agenda.

Download meeting information

A summary of the scheduled meeting can be downloaded and sent to the Chair and the participants.

To download a summary of a meeting:

  • Select relevant meeting either in the Meeting List or the Scheduler to open the Meeting Preview.

  • Select the Download icon in the top right of the panel.

  • Select Download as PDF option. A PDF summarising the meeting information downloads to your device.
