Quick Reports: Reviews

The Reviews Quick Reports is one of the many Quick Reports options available in Diligent Entities. This report searches for Reviews that have been initiated in Review Manager and returns results depending on user role rights.

To run a report on Reviews:

• Navigate to Quick Reports on the Navigation Bar.

• Select Reviews in the Quick Reports menu of report options. The Reviews results page displays.

  Note

  The reviews display based on the permission rights set for the specific user role for reviews and Quick Reports.

Reviewer view

A Reviewer can only view those reviews that have been specifically assigned to them. The visibility of other user reviews is prevented.

Manager view

A Manager can view and action those reviews that have been assigned to them as the designated Managed by or Returned to individual.

Review Administrator view

A Review Administrator can view and action all reviews assigned to all individuals.

Access a Review

To access or open a review within Quick Reports:

• Select the relevant review by name in the Entity Name column or by QuickRef in the QuickRef column. The page of the associated review opens in a new window in Review Manager.

The review is now ready to be actioned in Review Manager. To learn more, refer to the Review Manager section in the Help Centre.

Access Reviews in My Dashboard

Entity review data can be visualised and displayed in My Dashboard. To learn more about how to visualise Reviews data in Quick Reports and add them to My Dashboard, refer to Charts.

Reviews data are displayed in the following tiles in My Dashboard:

• Notifications tile: Reminders for assigned and outstanding reviews display here.

• Visualisations tile: Charts and graphs created in Reviews Quick Reports display here. Use this tile to monitor Reviews status and progress at a quick glance.

• Quick Reports tile: A list of Reviews Quick Reports display here. Use this tile to have an overview, for example, of assigned reviewer names, review dates or pending reviews.
