Record Total Premium Amount for a Share Class
Use the Share Class Extra Details option to record additional information about the share class.
Certain information such as the total aggregate amount unpaid including share premium must be disclosed in the statement of capital for certain companies. If premium must be paid for the shares, the system can only calculate the total unpaid amount for the statement of capital if the total premium amount is entered against the share class.

Open the required company record and go to Ownership > Share Classes.

Select Options
against the share class you want to record details for and select Share Class Extra Details.
You are taken to the Share Class Data Library.

In the data library record, select Edit to enter the share class extra details.

Add or change details as required.
Select the Premium account override option and enter the total premium account amount, that is, the total amount of money to be paid by the shareholders on top of the nominal value. If required, enter the voting rights that you want to appear on the confirmation statement.

Save the record.
