Working with list views

List views combine search and column controls for efficient navigation.

Default columns

Core columns give you a consistent record summary. Default columns vary depending on the view you open.

View Default columns
Active evidence Access, Name, Description, Owner, Respondent, Status, and Last activity.
Drafts Access, Name, Description, Owner, Status, Last activity, and Row actions.
Assigned to me Access, Name, Description, Owner, Requester, Status, Last activity, and Row actions.
Delegated Access, Name, Description, Owner, Status, and Last activity.
Access requests Access, Name, Description, Owner, Access Request, Status, and Last activity.
Archived Access, Name, Description, Owner, Status, Last activity, and Row actions.

Contextual and hidden columns

Column group Examples
Contextual columns Respondent in Active evidence, Requester in Assigned to me, and Access Request in Access requests.
Hidden by default Confidence Score, Request Source, Request Source Reference, Collection Start Date, Collection End Date, AI Validation, Discoverable, Downloadable, Labels, Due Date, and Expiry Date.

Showing, hiding, sorting, and resizing columns

  1. Open the column options for the list view.

  2. Show or hide columns to match what you need to see.

  3. Select a column header to sort by that column.

  4. Drag a column border to resize it, or reorder columns during your session.

By default, records in Active evidence, Drafts, Assigned to me, Delegated, Access requests, and Archived are sorted by last activity in descending order.

Search and pagination

Search narrows results, while pagination divides records across pages.

  • Search returns owned and discoverable records across the main tabs. Evidence Hub also supports semantic search, which finds records by meaning and intent rather than requiring exact keyword matches. Use natural language phrases to locate relevant records even when the wording differs from the original request.

  • Pagination divides records across pages so you can move through large result sets one page at a time.

Badge indicators

Badge indicators appear on a record when you are tagged in a chat conversation and have not yet opened the Comments panel. Tabs also display a badge showing the number of records they contain. Use badges to identify records that need your attention without opening each one individually.

Tip

Use Assigned to me as your primary tab for direct action items.
