Introducing new Microsoft Word Editor

The new Microsoft Word editor is now available in the Document Editor, Document Template, and Document Component sections of the Policy Manager application. The editor can auto save, view auto refresh, and manual save after you create a new document.

Create, edit, delete and share Reports using Activity Center

Policy Manager enables you to access the Activity Center through the Reports tab.

You can perform the following actions through the Activity Center:

• Create, edit, delete and share reports.

• View dashboards.

• Connect reports directly to Diligent Boards.

• Upload a PDF file as a starter document during new document creation. The uploaded PDF cannot be edited; to make changes, update the file and replace the existing one.

• You can now assign a policy code to each policy, which acts as a unique identifier when combined with the document name.

• Enable public access to the Policy portal without requiring log in credentials by using the newly added Policy Portal Public View setting under Agency Settings.

Policy Manager has two new features:

• Bulk upload of new documents

• Bulk update of metadata to existing policies
