Dashboards in Risk Manager

The Risk Manager home page provides charts and heatmaps to help you review risks at a glance and identify areas that require attention.

You can customize the dashboard to display up to three widgets, depending on your organization’s configuration.

Dashboard widgets in Risk Manager

The home page can include the following widgets:

Workflow status This chart shows the total number of risks by workflow status. Select the Filter by workflow status link to view risks that match a specific status.
Heatmap widgets Heatmaps display risks grouped by severity and scoring range. Your dashboard can include heatmaps for different scoring contexts, such as:
- Inherent risks
- Residual risks
- Custom heatmaps
Bar chart Displays risks using a bar chart visualization based on selected criteria.

A layout controls which widgets appear on your dashboard and how they are arranged. Use layouts to focus on the insights you need.

Use the following controls to customize the dashboard:

Layout Opens widget selection and layout controls.
Widget selector Lists the widgets available for your dashboard.
Select up to 3 Indicates the maximum number of widgets you can display at one time.

To customize the dashboard layout:

From the Risk Manager dashboard, select Layout.
In the widget selector, choose the widgets you want to display (up to the limit shown).
Drag and drop widgets to change their position on the dashboard.
The dashboard updates to show your selected widgets and layout.

To add a heatmap widget to the dashboard:

Select Layout.
In the widget selector, select one or both heatmaps:
- Inherent risks
- Residual risks
- Custom heatmaps

Only activated heatmaps are available to add as dashboard widgets. For more information about heatmaps, see Heatmaps in Risk Manager.

Note

In addition to heatmaps, bar chart widgets can also be added to the Dashboard.
