Using AI Reportingin Risk Manager

AI Reporting is integrated into Risk Manager, allowing you to create AI-powered reports using your organization's Risk Manager data. This integration creates a seamless workflow where you can generate, publish, and manage reports directly from within Risk Manager.

For comprehensive information about creating, refining, and managing reports in AI Reporting, see the  AI Reporting (Early Adopter Program).

About the integration

AI Reporting is an AI-powered report builder on the Diligent One. The integration works in two directions:

  • From Risk Manager to AI Reporting You can initiate report creation from the Risk Manager's AI Reports page using the Create new with AI Reporting button. This opens AI Reporting app where you can describe the report you want and select from your organization's available data sources.
  • From AI Reporting back to Risk Manager After you create and publish a report in AI Reporting app using native Risk Manager data, it automatically appears on the Risk Manager's AI Reports page. You can then Preview report from Risk Manager.

Which reports appear in Risk Manager

Reports created using native Risk Manager data sources automatically surface on the AI Reports page after they are published. Only reports created with native Risk Manager datasets appear inside Risk Manager app.

Reports that will NOT appear in Risk Manager:

  • Reports created using CSV uploads
  • Reports created using non-native data sources such as Results.
