Modernized Entidades

Entidades es una solución global de gobierno de entidades que ayuda a las organizaciones a centralizar, administrar y estructurar eficazmente sus registros y crear una única fuente de verdad.

Starting from October 2025, we are rolling out a new, modernized Entidades experience with an updated look and feel to align the Entities app with Diligent One Platform, streamline entity management, enhance user experience, and improve accessibility.

Available features

Modernized Entidades currently supports the following screens and functionality:

• Switching views Switch between modernized and classic Entidades.

• Entidades AI Assistant Get information about companies and individuals without navigating the Entidades interface.

• Dashboard View recently accessed and favorite entities, get an overview of your tasks and reminders, and search for entities.

• The Entities tab Display, search, and filter entities, and view detailed information about each entity.

• The Individuals tab Display, search, and filter individuals, and view detailed information about each entity.

• The Compliance tab Display, search, and filter reminders and pending events.

• The Data library tab Browse, search, filter, and download documents from one place.

• The Documents tab Display, search, and filter documents.

• The Favorites tab Display and search entities you’ve added to favorites.

In the current version of modernized Entidades, you can view information about entities and customize how the information is displayed. To make changes to your data, switch to classic Entidades.

Prerequisites

Your administrator must add the following domains to your organization’s allowlist:

• blueprintserver.com
• diligentoneplatform.com

How do I access the modernized Entidades app?

You can access modernized Entidades from classic Entidades.

To switch to modernized Entidades from classic Entidades for the first time, perform the following steps:

1. From the navigation bar in classic Entidades, select Go to modernized Entidades.

   The Go to modernized Entidades message appears.

2. (Optional) To skip the confirmation message and go directly to modernized Entidades the next time you switch, select Don’t show this message again.
3. Select Go.

   Modernized Entidades opens in a new tab.

To switch back to classic Entidades, perform the following steps:

1. From the navigation bar in modernized Entidades, select Go to classic Entidades.

   The Go to classic Entidades message appears.

2. (Optional) To skip the confirmation message and go directly to classic Entidades the next time you switch, select Don’t show this message again.
3. Select Go.

   Classic Entidades opens in a new tab.

You can also switch between modernized and classic Entidades while remaining in the context of your task. When you switch to classic Entidades from an entity details page, you are taken directly to the equivalent of the page you were on. For example, when viewing company details in modernized Entidades, you can switch directly to the company details page in classic Entidades to make changes to data. To switch to a page's equivalent in classic Entidades, select Manage in classic Entidades on the page.

When you make changes to data in classic Entidades, you can see the results in both classic and modernized Entidades. Currently, you can’t make changes to data using the modernized experience.

Information about recently opened entities and entities added to favorites is retained within a single view:

• Entities you visit in the classic view are displayed in the My Portal > My Recently Opened Entities section in classic Entidades.
• Entities you visit in the modernized view are displayed in the Dashboard > Recently viewed entities widget in modernized Entidades.
• Entities you add to favorites in the classic view are displayed in the My Portal > My Favourite Entities section in classic Entidades.
• Entities you add to favorites in the modernized view are displayed in the Favorites section in modernized Entidades.

Dashboard

The Dashboard tab provides a high-level, tailored overview of information specific to the logged-in user.

Entidades AI Assistant

With Entidades AI Assistant, you can get information about companies and individuals without navigating the Entidades interface. You can access Entidades AI Assistant from every screen in modernized Entidades.

Entities

The Entities tab in the modernized view provides an overview of all entities in your site in a table with filters and features to help you view and analyze entity data efficiently.

Individuals

The Individuals tab in the modernized Entidades includes a streamlined table with filters and features to help you view and analyze individual data efficiently.

Compliance

In the modernized version of Entidades, the Compliance section has been streamlined to focus on two key areas: reminders and pending events. These features help you stay on top of important deadlines and tasks with a simplified interface. For additional compliance actions or more detailed event management, you can switch to the classic Entidades view.

Data library

In modernized Entidades, you can browse all your data libraries in a single streamlined table. From the Data library table, you can open libraries in the classic view to see more details or make changes.

Documents

En la experiencia de Entidades modernizada, la página de la lista principal de Documentos muestra todos los documentos en una vista de tabla. Puede navegar, buscar, filtrar y descargar documentos desde un solo lugar. Ahora puede ver documentos relacionados con una entidad en la pestaña Documentos dentro del registro de la entidad.

Los menús y las páginas de la lista de Documentos en la versión modernizada de Entidades solo aparecen para los usuarios que tienen acceso a al menos una de las siguientes áreas de documentos: Documentos de trabajo, Almacén de documentos, Bibliotecas de datos y Documentos de archivo electrónico eliminados. Si no tiene acceso a ninguna de estas áreas, el elemento del menú principal Documentos y la página de la lista estarán ocultos. Comuníquese con su administrador para obtener acceso.

Favorites

When you add entities to favorites, they are displayed in the Favorite entities widget. Each entry in the widget acts as a shortcut to the specific entity.
