Reports

When you log in to Policy Manager and access the Reports tab, you are taken to the Activities page. You can use the Manage Dashboards option to create new reports and view these reports under dashboards. After a dashboard is created, you can generate, edit, share, and connect these reports directly to Boards.

Note

  • If you are a first-time user, your subscription is set to Aucun and your reports access is set to Aucun accès by default. You do not have access to view the Reports tab.

  • If your subscription is set to Professionnel, you can access the Reports tab and have the desired role assigned: Admin du rapport, Rédacteur du rapport, or Lecteur du rapport. For more information, refer to the table below.

  • If your subscription is later changed to Aucun, you still get access to the Reports tab and have the same roles under the Professionnel subscription.

  • If you have set your Security Groups to Allow access Reports under Administration in Policy Manager, you can still view the Reports tab in Policy Manager despite setting reports access to Aucun accès, in the Plateforme Diligent One User management section. You cannot create, delete, and edit reports.

  • You can access the Centre d’activité directly from the Plateforme Diligent One Accueil de la plateforme and have roles assigned such as Admin du rapport, Rédacteur du rapport, or Lecteur du rapport even if:

    • Your subscription is set to Aucun.

    • The Security Groups are not set to Allow access Reports.

    • The access Reports tab in Policy Manager is set to No.
