Dashboard

The dashboard provides a high-level, tailored overview of information specific to the current user.

The dashboard is available in both the classic and modernized versions of Entities. This section provides an overview of either version. The dashboard in both エンティティー experiences includes widgets providing you with an overview of the key information about your data エンティティー. Learn more about how this feature works in each version.

Dashboard in classic エンティティー

In classic エンティティー, the dashboard consists of the following tiles:

• Notifications
• Charts
• Tables
• Quick Links

Notifications

Reminders for the next four weeks and past two weeks display in the Notifications tile.

Tables

Quick reports saved into Favourites as tables can be displayed here. To add a table to this tile, select and select the tables you want to display.

Quick reports are available for company, individual and other entity records. Refer to Quick reports for more information.

Charts

Quick reports saved into Favourites as charts can be displayed here. To add a chart to this tile, select and select the charts you want to display.

Quick Links

Quick Links provide access to your favourite records or sites through a customised link.

Dashboard in modernized エンティティー

In modernized エンティティー, the dashboard consists of the following widgets:

• Tasks and reminders
• Entities by country
• Favorite entities
• Recently viewed entities

You can also search for entities from the dashboard.

Search

From the dashboard search bar, you can search for entities by name or quick reference code (QuickRef).

Customizing the dashboard

You can customize your dashboard by selecting which widgets to show and how to display them.

To make changes to your dashboard, perform the following steps:

1. In the Dashboard tab, select the icon.
2. In the Configure dashboard panel, edit the contents of your dashboard:
   • To hide a widget, switch its toggle to Disabled.
   • To display a widget, switch its toggle to Enabled.
   • To reorder widgets, select the icon and drag and drop them to the new position or select the position number from the order drop-down list.
3. To save your changes, select Apply changes.

To revert all changes you made to the dashboard, in the Configure dashboard panel, select Reset dashboard.

Tasks and reminders

The Tasks and reminders widget displays information about reminders and pending events assigned to you and organizes them into urgency categories.

To view detailed information about each item, select See more reminders. The system opens Compliance > Reminders in Table view and defaults to My reminders.

Entities by country

The Entities by country widget is a chart grouping entities that are not individuals by country. You can filter the entity types displayed in the chart using the drop-down list in the upper-right corner of the widget.

Favorite entities

When you add entities to favorites, they are displayed in the Favorite entities widget. Each entry in the widget acts as a shortcut to the specific entity.

Recently viewed entities

The Recently viewed entities widget displays the list of entities you recently accessed. When you open an entity and view its details, it's added to the list in the widget.
