Modernized エンティティー

エンティティーは、グローバル エンティティ ガバナンス ソリューションです。組織はその記録を一元化し、管理し、効果的に構造化することができ、また唯一の信頼できる情報源を作成することができます。

Starting from October 2025, we are rolling out a new, modernized エンティティー experience with an updated look and feel to align the Entities app with Diligent Oneプラットフォーム, streamline entity management, enhance user experience, and improve accessibility.

Available features

Modernized エンティティー currently supports the following screens and functionality:

• Switching views Switch between modernized and classic エンティティー.

• エンティティー AI Assistant Get information about companies and individuals without navigating the エンティティー interface.

• Dashboard View recently accessed and favorite entities, get an overview of your tasks and reminders, and search for entities.

• The Entities tab Display, search, and filter entities, and view detailed information about each entity.

• The Individuals tab Display, search, and filter individuals, and view detailed information about each entity.

• The Compliance tab Display, search, and filter reminders and pending events.

• The Data library tab Browse, search, filter, and download documents from one place.

• The Documents tab Display, search, and filter documents.

• The Favorites tab Display and search entities you’ve added to favorites.

In the current version of modernized エンティティー, you can view information about entities and customize how the information is displayed. To make changes to your data, switch to classic エンティティー.

Prerequisites

Your administrator must add the following domains to your organization’s allowlist:

• blueprintserver.com
• diligentoneplatform.com

How do I access the modernized エンティティー app?

You can access modernized エンティティー from classic エンティティー.

To switch to modernized エンティティー from classic エンティティー for the first time, perform the following steps:

1. From the navigation bar in classic エンティティー, select Go to modernized エンティティー.

   The Go to modernized エンティティー message appears.

2. (Optional) To skip the confirmation message and go directly to modernized エンティティー the next time you switch, select Don’t show this message again.
3. Select Go.

   Modernized エンティティー opens in a new tab.

To switch back to classic エンティティー, perform the following steps:

1. From the navigation bar in modernized エンティティー, select Go to classic エンティティー.

   The Go to classic エンティティー message appears.

2. (Optional) To skip the confirmation message and go directly to classic エンティティー the next time you switch, select Don’t show this message again.
3. Select Go.

   Classic エンティティー opens in a new tab.

You can also switch between modernized and classic エンティティー while remaining in the context of your task. When you switch to classic エンティティー from an entity details page, you are taken directly to the equivalent of the page you were on. For example, when viewing company details in modernized エンティティー, you can switch directly to the company details page in classic エンティティー to make changes to data. To switch to a page's equivalent in classic エンティティー, select Manage in classic エンティティー on the page.

When you make changes to data in classic エンティティー, you can see the results in both classic and modernized エンティティー. Currently, you can’t make changes to data using the modernized experience.

Information about recently opened entities and entities added to favorites is retained within a single view:

• Entities you visit in the classic view are displayed in the My Portal > My Recently Opened Entities section in classic エンティティー.
• Entities you visit in the modernized view are displayed in the Dashboard > Recently viewed entities widget in modernized エンティティー.
• Entities you add to favorites in the classic view are displayed in the My Portal > My Favourite Entities section in classic エンティティー.
• Entities you add to favorites in the modernized view are displayed in the Favorites section in modernized エンティティー.

Dashboard

The Dashboard tab provides a high-level, tailored overview of information specific to the logged-in user.

エンティティー AI Assistant

With エンティティー AI Assistant, you can get information about companies and individuals without navigating the エンティティー interface. You can access エンティティー AI Assistant from every screen in modernized エンティティー.

Entities

The Entities tab in the modernized view provides an overview of all entities in your site in a table with filters and features to help you view and analyze entity data efficiently.

Individuals

The Individuals tab in the modernized エンティティー includes a streamlined table with filters and features to help you view and analyze individual data efficiently.

Compliance

In the modernized version of エンティティー, the Compliance section has been streamlined to focus on two key areas: reminders and pending events. These features help you stay on top of important deadlines and tasks with a simplified interface. For additional compliance actions or more detailed event management, you can switch to the classic エンティティー view.

Data library

In modernized エンティティー, you can browse all your data libraries in a single streamlined table. From the Data library table, you can open libraries in the classic view to see more details or make changes.

Documents

最新化された エンティティー エクスペリエンスの［ドキュメント］トップレベル リスト ページには、すべてのドキュメントがテーブル ビューで表示されます。ドキュメントの参照、検索、フィルタリング、ダウンロードを 1 か所から実行できます。エンティティ レコード内の［ドキュメント］タブで、エンティティに関連するドキュメントも表示できるようになりました。テーブルの各列には、現在の列の自動サイズ設定、すべての列の自動サイズ設定、または列幅をデフォルトにリセットするオプションが含まれています。

最新化された エンティティー の［ドキュメント］メニューとリスト ページは、次のドキュメント領域の少なくとも 1 つにアクセスできるユーザーに対してのみ表示されます。［使用中のドキュメント］、［ドキュメント ストア］、［データ ライブラリー］、および［削除された電子ファイリング ドキュメント］。これらの領域のいずれにもアクセスできない場合は、［ドキュメント］メイン メニュー項目とリスト ページが非表示になります。アクセス権を要求するには、管理者にお問い合わせください。

Favorites

When you add entities to favorites, they are displayed in the Favorite entities widget. Each entry in the widget acts as a shortcut to the specific entity.
