Import companies from Excel with 实体 AI Assistant
You can upload an Excel file of companies directly to 实体 AI Assistant to create multiple companies in one pass. AI Assistant maps the spreadsheet columns to company fields, builds an action plan of the companies to be created, and lets you review everything before anything is created.
实体 AI Assistant follows user role and permissions configured in 实体. Your access to information and actions is the same within the 实体 interface and the 实体 AI Assistant.

实体 AI Assistant is an Artificial Intelligence (AI) feature. For information on how AI features use 实体 data, refer to 实体 AI transparency notice.
This is a beta feature. You may experience limited functionality.
Currently, you can only create companies from an Excel import. Support for other actions, such as appointments, is planned for a later release.
You cannot edit the detected column mapping or the extracted company data before approving the import. Review the action plan carefully before you approve it.
AI enhancements are available to clients with the 实体 Platform package. For more information, contact your Customer Success Manager.
Administrators have access to AI features by default. For regular users, AI features are inactive by default. Before you can use them, your organization's administrator must provision the features for you.
Import companies from an Excel file
From the side navigation, select
AI Assistant.Select Import & Actions.
Drag and drop the Excel file you want to upload or use the Select files to upload option to open the file browser.
AI Assistant reads the file and shows the detected mapping between the spreadsheet columns and company fields. Review the mapping.
Select Continue to proceed, or Dismiss to cancel the import.
AI Assistant extracts the company data from the approved mapping, checks for companies that already exist, and builds an action plan.
If any companies in the file already exist in 实体, AI Assistant displays an error message. Assistant also validates the data against other criteria, similar to when you create a company using 实体 interface.
Review the action plan:
Summary shows the number of companies that will be created.
Detail shows a read-only breakdown of each company that will be created.
Select Approve all to create all the companies in the plan, or Dismiss to cancel the import.
AI Assistant creates the companies and displays a completion summary listing the companies that were created and any that failed.
实体AI 助手会显示在导入和操作模式下上传的数据在系统中的存储时间。处于导入和操作模式时，实体AI 助手窗口底部会显示数据保留信息。
管理员可以设置组织的数据保留期。
