Data Rooms
Data rooms are managed at two levels:

Organizational level Organization Administrators create data rooms and assign the first Data Room Manager. They do not have access to data stored in a data room unless they are a member. For more information, go to Manage team data rooms.

Data room level Data Room Managers, and any user with Manage team room members permissions, can invite members, assign member and item permissions, and set security policies applied to items shared from a data room. Data Room Manager is a system permission group within a data room.
Manage team room members is a permission assigned by Data Room Managers to a data room member, so they can manage the members.
Important
To avoid data loss and ensure continuity, a minimum of two Data Room Managers should be assigned to any data room.
