Use the BoardEffect app offline (iPad)
You can view Meeting Books and add annotations, even when you are offline and not connected to the internet.
Note
To access a meeting book offline, you must first download it on your device. To learn more, refer to Download and View a Meeting Book.

When you're offline, you can still sign in to your BoardEffect account. A notification appears on the home page, informing you that your device is offline and some features and materials may not be available without a WiFi or Internet connection.

Select the menu icon to display the Navigation Bar on the iPad.

Select the relevant Workroom, for example, select Board of Directors.

Select Library
in the Workroom, and go to the relevant Meeting Book, and then select View Book. The Meeting Book page displays. -
To add annotations, select the Annotations option on the toolbar. When you reconnect to the internet and open the Meeting Book, the saved annotations become visible on both the BoardEffect iOS app and the web-based platform.
