Use the AI suggestions feature in Risk manager to analyze SEC 10-K filings and identify risks relevant to your organization. This feature leverages artificial intelligence to extract and recommend risks based on industry, category, and company-specific data.

You can refine results by applying filters for category, industry, or company, and further narrow your search using keywords. AI Benchmarking provides access to up-to-date industry data, with 10-K filings automatically refreshed each year.

Processes and Objectives in Risk Manager

We've added processes and objectives to the Risk Manager app. You can now add processes and objectives and link them to the risks and controls of your organization.

This is useful for effective risk management and business operations in your organization. Learn more

Risk and Assessment Scoring Configuration - You can now configure risk and assessment scoring on your own. Previously, you had to use the default configuration and contact Support if you wanted to reconfigure.

The following are the advantages of this new method:

• Configure two different formulas for risk and risk assessment scoring
• Filter and choose the risks / risk assessments you want to score
• Score multiple risks / risk assessments at once.
• Override existing scores
• Less manual effort and saves time

The Risk Manager app is now available in the US Federal GovCloud region.

The Add Asset dialog box has been changed to a drawer panel. You can now enter more fields when creating a new risk or a control, and you can create them consecutively by clicking the Save and New button.

Risk Manager sync enhancement - In the Risk Manager app, when you establish links between risks and controls, these associations will now synchronize with the Risk Manager framework in the Frameworks app.

As a result, you will now be able to view the risk-control associations in the Risk and Control Matrix of the Risk Manager framework.

Note that the synchronization applies specifically to risk-control associations. Other associations such as risk-to-risk, control-to-control, risk-to-asset, and control-to-asset will not get synchronized.

We'll send an email notification to the owners, when you add or change the ownership (Owner field) of the following items:

• Risk assessment
• Control assessment
• Risk mitigation plan

Dashboards in the Risk Manager app

We've added the following charts to the home page of the Risk Manager app:

• Workflow status This is a donut chart that shows the total number of risks based on their workflow status.
• Risk heatmap This is a heatmap chart that shows the risks based on their final rating, such as low, medium, and high.

These visuals provide you with a holistic view of your risks. This will help you to identify, prioritize, and mitigate risks and make important strategic decisions.

Risk Manager - Frameworks sync is now available in the South Africa region.

This region was not included in the initial release due to a technical limitation.

Risk Manager sync with Frameworks The risks and controls in the Risk Manager app are now synced with the Frameworks app. The sync happens automatically in real time each time you add or edit a risk or a control in the Risk Manager app.

You now have a central repository for your organization's risks and controls, which you can work with in Risk Manager, Projects, or both.
