Managing reports

Reports is the central place to find and manage all your published reports, as well as your own drafts.

Viewing reports

Select Reports in the side navigation. Each report card shows the report title, creator, last-updated timestamp, and a content snippet. Authors see their own drafts in addition to all published reports.

Reports are currently presented in a flat structure across the organization workspace. Tags and folders are not supported in the EAP release.

Searching and sorting reports

Use the Search field to filter reports by title or content. Use the Sort by dropdown to order reports by date or another available criterion.

Previewing a report

Select Preview on any report card to open the full report in a preview modal.

Tip

If you're editing a report that appears in Risk Manager, you can also access the edit flow from the Risk Manager's AI Reports page. See Using AI Reportingin Risk Manager for details.

Editing a report

Only the Author who created a report can edit it.

  1. Locate the report in Reports and select Edit Report.

  2. If the report is published, a confirmation modal appears. Confirm to continue. The report reverts to a draft and is removed from Reports for all users until you publish again.

  3. The report opens in its workstream. Continue the conversation to refine the content, or use the report editor to make direct changes.

  4. When ready, select Publish to make the updated report available again.

Note

Reports can only be edited by their original Author. Report ownership cannot be transferred during EAP.

Note

For reports created with native Risk Manager data: The report reflects data available at the time of creation. If new data has been added to Risk Manager since the report was created, consider creating a new report to avoid data inconsistencies.

Select Download on any report card to download the report as a PDF. See Reviewing and refining reports for details on exporting options.
