Overview of AI Reporting

AI Reporting is an AI-powered report builder on the Diligent One Platform. Describe what you need in plain language or start from a template, and AI Reporting generates a structured, board-ready report using your organization's connected data.

Key capabilities

• Risk Manager integration Create AI-powered reports using Risk Manager data.

• Creating reports from templates Start from a Diligent-provided template and generate a complete report in under a minute.

• Creating custom reports Describe what you want in natural language. You select appropriate data sources and generate the report.

• Refining with follow-up prompts Refine any generated report by continuing the conversation in the same workstream thread.

• Downloading PDF reports Download a formatted, board-ready PDF from any report.

• Publishing and sharing Publish reports to make them available under Reports. Your published reports are visible to you and admin.

Report ownership and visibility

Reports are owned by the Author who created them. When an Author publishes a report, it appears under Reports and is visible to the Author alone.

Draft reports and workstreams are visible only to their owner. Report ownership cannot be transferred during EAP.

Upcoming features

AI Reporting is actively evolving. The following features are planned for upcoming releases.

Data connectors	Additional connectors are planned for general availability.
Sharing	Granular sharing between Authors is not yet supported. Published reports are visible to all organization users but cannot be targeted to specific individuals.
Report ownership	Report ownership cannot be transferred.
Conversation history	The workstream thread retains the last 20 messages.
Font controls	Font size adjustments in generated reports are not yet available.
