Diligent released a set of early access Artificial Intelligence (AI) upgrades to Entities to drive efficient, informed, and impactful entity management.
The following AI features are available in Entities:

AI enhancements are available to clients with the Entities Platform package and clients who joined the Entities AI Early adopter program. For more information, contact your Customer Success Manager.

Administrators have access to AI features by default. For regular users, AI features are inactive by default. Before you can use them, your organization's administrator must provision the features for you.
Managing access to AI features
Administrators have access to AI features by default. For regular users, AI features are inactive by default. Before you can use them, your organization's administrator must provision the features for you. Administrators can control access to AI features with user roles and user role rights.
You can view information and perform action using AI features. Entities AI Assistant and other features use the same permissions as the rest or the Entities interface. You can access the same data and actions in the Entities interface and AI features.

Entities AI assistant
With Entities AI Assistant, you can get information, import files, and action events from one place, without navigating the Entities interface.
AI document summary
AI Document Summary outlines the contents of the document to present the key information in a concise way.
With AI Document Summary, you can get information on a document's content directly from Entities.
Chart assist
With Chart assist, you can create optimal conditional formatting of your Group Structure charts with minimal effort. Chart assist can propose formatting rules for entities or for relationships. You can adjust the look of the formatted chart by entering additional prompts. Chart assist can change the colors and shapes in the chart to highlight the information you need.
