Managing survey archive

Use the Archive tab in Surveys to review deleted surveys and restore items before hard deletion.

Reviewing archived surveys

The archive table includes:

  • Name Deleted survey file name.

  • Type Survey category.

  • Date Added Original upload date.

  • Deleted At Deletion timestamp.

  • Deleted By User who deleted the survey.

  • Hard Deletion Time remaining before permanent deletion.

Restoring a survey from archive

  1. Go to Surveys > Archive.

  2. Select the survey row you want to restore.

  3. Select the restore action in the Actions column.

The restored survey returns to Surveys in use.
