Viewing survey audit log

Use the Audit log tab in Surveys to trace survey actions and accountability details.

Survey audit log columns

  • Timestamp Date and time of the event.

  • Name Survey file name.

  • Event Action type, such as Survey deleted or Survey restored.

  • User User who performed the action.

Using the audit log

  1. Navigate to Surveys > Audit log.

  2. Sort by Timestamp to review recent actions first.

  3. Compare events with the current state in Surveys in use or Archive.
