Entidades AI features
Diligent released a set of early access Artificial Intelligence (AI) upgrades to Entidades to drive efficient, informed, and impactful entity management.
The following AI features are available in Entidades:
- Entidades AI Assistant
- AI Document Summary
- Chart assist

AI enhancements are available to clients with the Entidades Platform package and clients who joined the Entidades AI Early adopter program. For more information, contact your Customer Success Manager.
Administrators have access to AI features by default. For regular users, AI features are inactive by default. Before you can use them, your organization's administrator must provision the features for you.
Managing access to AI features
Administrators have access to AI features by default. For regular users, AI features are inactive by default. Before you can use them, your organization's administrator must provision the features for you. Administrators can control access to AI features with user roles and user role rights.
You can view information and perform action using AI features. Entidades AI Assistant and other features use the same permissions as the rest or the Entidades interface. You can access the same data and actions in the Entidades interface and AI features.

Entidades AI assistant

AI document summary
AI Document Summary outlines the contents of the document to present the key information in a concise way.

Chart assist
Con el asistente de gráficos puede crear un formato condicional óptimo para los gráficos de estructura de grupo, todo con esfuerzo mínimo. El asistente de gráficos puede proponer el formato para entidades o relaciones. Puede ajustar la estética del gráfico con formato mediante la introducción de indicaciones adicionales. El asistente de gráficos puede cambiar los colores y las formas en el gráfico para resaltar la información que necesita.
