Get entity information from エンティティー AI Assistant
With エンティティー AI Assistant, you can get information about companies and individuals without navigating the エンティティー interface.
The Insights option in エンティティー AI Assistant is available in two modes which control how you interact with it. Your administrator controls which mode you use.
Pre-canned prompts In this mode, you can select pre-defined questions to ask about a selected entity.
AMA (Ask Me Anything) In this mode, you can enter your own questions in the chat.
Notes
エンティティー AI Assistant is an Artificial Intelligence (AI) feature. For information on how AI features use エンティティー data, refer to エンティティー AI transparency notice.
AI enhancements are available to clients with the エンティティー Platform package and clients who joined the エンティティー AI Early adopter program. For more information, contact your Customer Success Manager.
Administrators have access to AI features by default. For regular users, AI features are inactive by default. Before you can use them, your organization's administrator must provision the features for you.
Company information
When prompted, エンティティー AI Assistant can list the following information:
- Addresses
- Appointments
- Company profile
- Industry classifications
- List of directors
- List of shareholders
- Share classes
- Pending events
- Ultimate parent
- Upcoming due dates
- User-defined fields (custom fields configured by your organization's administrator)
Individual information
When prompted, エンティティー AI Assistant can list the following information:
- Name
- Title
- Occupation
- Salutation
- Honours
- Nationality
- Date of birth
- Date of death
- Previous name
- ID
- Passport
- Resident in
- Addresses (all available types)
- Appointments
- Shareholdings
Limitations and considerations
- AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. Always verify the correctness and accuracy of AI results.
- エンティティー AI Assistant retrieves only existing エンティティー data. If no data is available for a selected query, エンティティー AI Assistant will not generate it.
- You can only access information you have access permissions for. If you can’t access a piece of information from エンティティー interface, エンティティー AI Assistant will not be able to give it to you.

To access エンティティー AI Assistant, from the Global Banner on top, select Ask AI, or from the side navigation, select the AI icon
.
The エンティティー AI Assistant chat window appears.

- Do one of the following:
- Select one of the available questions.
- To ask about an entity, such as a company or an individual, type @ followed by the entity name and enter your question.
The entity you selected displays in a badge above the text input field. エンティティー AI Assistant lists the required information. To get more information about the selected company, enter another question. エンティティー AI Assistant keeps answering questions about the selected entity until you change it.
- To get information about a different entity, enter “@” followed by the entity name again.
Ask エンティティー AI Assistant for company information in modernized version
最新化された エンティティー アプリにアクセスするには、「How do I access the modernized エンティティー app?」を参照してください。 The AI Assistant works the same way in both classic エンティティー and Modernized エンティティー.
To access the AI Assistant in the modernized version, go to Dashboard and then select AI assistant.
- Do one of the following:
- Select one of the available questions.
- To ask about an entity, such as a company or an individual, type @ followed by the entity name and enter your question.
The entity you selected displays in a badge above the text input field. エンティティー AI Assistant lists the required information. To get more information about the selected company, enter another question. エンティティー AI Assistant keeps answering questions about the selected entity until you change it.
- To get information about a different entity, enter “@” followed by the entity name again.
