Create an Incorporation Attachments (IE) Data Library
Any supporting documentation for the A1 form must be uploaded to the Incorporation Attachments (IE) data library in PDF format.
The data library can be created before or during the creation of an A1 form.
To create an Incorporation Attachments (IE) data library before creating an A1 form:

Open the incorporation record and select Data Library > Statutory > Incorporation Attachments (IE) > New.
The New: Incorporation Attachments (IE) page displays.

Select Active for status.

To add a supporting document, choose the wand in the Attachments section.
The Import Document wizard displays.

Complete the document upload.
Note
You can only upload pdf files up to a maximum size of 8MB.
Make sure the date of uploaded documents is before or the same as the specified incorporation date. Refer to Import Documents to learn more about how to import a document to Diligent Entities.
The selected file is uploaded and listed as an attachment.

When you added all the required attachments, select Save to create the data library record.
