You can now upload up to 100 PDFs at a time for unstructured data analysis, up from the previous limit of 10 PDFs. This makes it easier to analyze larger collections of PDF documents in a single operation.

Enhancements to working with tables

• Create and modify tables with the chat agent A new version of the chat agent is now available with expanded capabilities for working with tables. You can ask the agent to create tables and add rows to existing tables directly from chat. Tables created during analysis appear as temporary tables, which you can refine and save as output tables when you're satisfied with the results.

  For example:

  • If a policy contains a set of job titles and their corresponding approval signing authorities, you can paste that information into a prompt and ask the agent to create a table first.

  • If you have a list of suspicious keywords, you can provide them in a prompt and ask the agent to create a table to use when analyzing a dataset.

  • If you have a list of holidays, you can provide them in a prompt and ask the agent to create a table to compare against transaction dates.

• Reference tables directly in chat You can now reference tables directly in the chat area without manually typing table names, making it easier to identify and reference the tables you're working with during a conversation.

  Select tables using the Tables option or type @ to reference a table in your chat. A context chip displays the table currently open in the right-side panel, making the context clear.

You can now continue working in a dataset while an upload is in progress. The dataset remains accessible and is not locked during the upload, allowing you to perform other tasks without waiting for the upload to complete.

Delete multiple tables at once

You can now select multiple tables from the Tables panel and delete them in a single action.

Import up to 100 items in one batch

You can now import up to 100 items in a single batch from the UI, allowing you to import larger datasets with fewer import operations. Each CSV file counts as one item, and each worksheet within an XLS or XLSX file counts as one item.
