Register my account and sign in

Before you can start using Secure Meeting Workflow, you must register an account with Diligent Data Room. If you are an Administrator, you also need to have administration rights with Diligent Data Room.

Note

The procedures for registering and signing in differ between Administrators and Contributors.

Administrators

You can use the same sign-in details for Diligent Boards and Diligent Data Room.

Register an account with DDR

  1. Make sure you have saved your email address in your Diligent Boards profile.

  2. Select the Register button in your invitation email.

  3. Follow the registration process set by your DDR organization. For more information, go to Register your account.

  4. If you continue immediately to the sign-in page, use the password that you set up during registration.

    Note

    We recommend waiting until your DDR organization administrator has confirmed that you can use the same sign-in data for Diligent Boards and DDR.

Sign in

  1. In your web browser enter the domain URL that has been provided to sign in to DDR.

    Check out the domain list provided below.

  2. Enter the same email saved in your Diligent Boards profile and select Next.

  3. Confirm you want to use Open ID Connect (OIDC).

    This message appears only once.

  4. Enter your Diligent Boards user name and password.

    You are now signed in to Diligent Data Room.

    Note

    We recommend that you register your mobile phone number and enable multi-factor authentication. For more information, see Register my mobile phone number, Activate Multi-Factor Authentication and Edit your profile

Contributors

If you deliver documents to the Administrator or review or approve documents you need an account in Diligent Data Room (DDR). The DDR organization administrator must invite you to register, if you have not received an invitation email contact them directly.

Register

  1. Select the Register button in your invitation email.

  2. Follow the registration process set by your DDR organization. For more information, go to Register your account.

  3. Continue to the sign-in page and use the password set up during registration.

    Note

    For ease of access, you can bookmark the Diligent Data Room site once you are signed in.

Sign in

  1. In your web browser, open the domain URL provided to sign in to DDR.

    Check out the domain list provided below.

  2. Enter your email address in the Email address field and select Next.

  3. Enter your password and select Sign in.

    You are now signed in to Diligent Data Room.
