Record Guarantors
Incorporations limited by guarantee are required to have guarantors.
To record and view guarantors:

Open the incorporation record and select Ownership > Guarantee Membership.

On the Guarantee Membership page, select New to open the New Guarantee Class wizard.
- On the Details page of the wizard, enter a name for the guarantee class, select a currency and enter the amount guaranteed, then select Next and Finish to create the guarantee class.
You can also enter notes if applicable. The guarantee class you create displays on the Guarantee Membership page.

On the Guarantee Membership page, select Options
against the guarantee class you just created and select New Guarantor to open the Join Guarantee Class wizard.

On the Guarantee Class page of the wizard, select the guarantee class to which you want to add a guarantor, then select Next.

On the Guarantor page, use the search to find the entity you want to add as guarantor, then select Next.

On the Finish page, select Finish to complete the wizard.
The number of guarantors is updated for the guarantee class. Select the down arrow against the guarantee class to view the details of the guarantor.

Use the options against the guarantee class to do the following:
- Add another guarantor to the class
- Remove a guarantor from the class
- Cancel the guarantee class
- Open the guarantee class options to edit the class
- Undo the guarantee class if it was created by mistake
Use the options against the guarantor to do the following:
- Leave the guarantee class
- Undo the event
- Edit the event
