Quick Reports: Share Link to Search Results
After you have completed creating your Quick Reports, you can share the URL link to the search results with other Diligent Entities users at your company To learn more about how to configure and run Quick Reports, refer to Quick Reports.
Share URL link
To share a URL link to your Quick Reports search results:
- Select Actions located in the top right of the Quick Reports Results page. A dropdown menu of options displays.
- Select Share URL link from the list of options. A dialogue displays with a URL link generated to the relevant Quick Reports.

Choose between Email URL or Copy URL to share the link. If you select Email URL, an email template containing the URL link to the Quick Reports search results in Diligent Entities displays. You can send this email to another user and give them access to the relevant Quick Reports page.

Alternatively, select Copy URL and paste the generated URL link in the email that you create and compose. This email can also be sent to another user to give them access to the relevant Quick Reports page.

If you no longer want to share the link, select Close to cancel the action.
Note
The users accessing the shared URL links must have the right security setting enabled for their user role. For example, if the user accessing the link has the right to view detail for companies based in Europe, they will not be able to view results data that applies to non-European countries. Similarly, if the user has read-only rights, they will not be able to edit the Quick Reports search results, but will be able to view the data. Also, if a user doesn't have access to view a particular column they will be prevented from viewing the entire column.
