Risk workshop and generative AI summary

Risk Owners can now launch a Risk Workshop to invite up to 50 assessors to score a single risk in AI Risk Essentials. This feature replaces offline spreadsheets with in-app coordination, email notifications, and centralized response tracking. The features includes the following:

  • Assessor collaboration Select assessors, add context, attach files, and manage responses from one location.

  • AI Assessment Summary Generate an executive draft summary of common themes, agreement, disagreement, and overall risk interpretation based on submitted assessor rationales.

  • Approval workflow Conclude the workshop, review aggregate scores, finalize the summary, and approve the result so the risk moves to Assessed status.

Feature enhancements

  • Bulk import You can now bulk import risks into your organization’s risk library using a standardized Excel template. This update adds two entry points for importing: from Risk identification in AI Risk Essentials, or from Platform Settings > Organization > Bulk importer.
The guided import flow helps you prepare, validate, and upload your data consistently. Download the template, populate your risk details, upload your file, and complete the import.
This enhancement accelerates onboarding, improves data consistency, and reduces manual effort when moving existing risks into AI Risk Essentials.
You can export risks as a CSV file or print the current page for easier sharing and reporting.

You can select a date range (up to 31 days) and download the log directly from your email. The link is valid for 30 minutes after you receive it.
This update helps you track user actions and maintain audit-ready visibility into all activities.
