Evidence Hub now includes Access Requests. Eligible users can review received requests, track sent requests, and approve or decline access according to their permissions.

Owners can edit the evidence response (Early Adopter Program)

Record owners can now add or update response text and upload or remove files on a record assigned to a respondent, without taking over the response. Owner edits are visible to all participants immediately, and validation and submission remain with the respondent.

Optional email notification for Viewer access changes (Early Adopter Program)

When you assign, change, or revoke a Viewer role on an Evidence Record, the confirmation dialog now includes a Send an email notification to the user checkbox. It is selected by default. Clear it to apply the change without emailing the affected user.

Jira integration (Early Adopter Program)

Evidence Admins can now connect Evidence Hub to a Jira instance to synchronize evidence requests as Jira tickets. Configure connections, map Jira spaces to evidence categories, and align Evidence Hub statuses with Jira workflow statuses. When an owner enables a Jira space for a record, notifications switch from email to Jira comments and a Jira ticket is created automatically when the invite is sent.

Collaborators tab (Early Adopter Program)

Record owners can now manage participants directly from the Collaborators tab in the record detail panel. Add respondents, reviewers, and viewers (including user groups as viewers), change an existing participant's role, and revoke access — all without leaving the record. Respondents can assign an alternate respondent.

Evidence Hub combines a structured collection workflow with AI-assisted search and role-based access, so teams can move evidence from request to acceptance with clear ownership and a complete audit trail.
