Edit an Entity in Scenario Mode

In Scenario mode, you can use the edit option to change the ownership percentage of a specific entity within the group.

Note

The Scenario mode option is available to clients with a Professional or Enterprise package. Contact your Customer Success Manager to learn more.

Run a group structure and select Visualisation.

Refer to Run a group structure to learn more about this feature.
Select the Scenarios icon from your toolbar.
Select Ok in the Open scenario mode dialog.

A yellow banner displays on top of the Entities page to indicate that you are in scenario mode.

Selecting the X in the banner will close the scenario mode
Select the entity you want to edit. There are three ways you can do this:

1. Select the entity on the Groups Structure chart.

2. Enter the name in the Select an entity field in the side panel on the right.

3. Select an entity name from the list that appears when Select an entity is selected.
Select Choose an action > Edit from the menu.
In the Company Attributes section, you can change the Entity name, the Country, and the Entity Type as required.
In the Ownership section, you can change the ownership percentage.

Here you can also add a new ownership, remove an ownership completely, or change the relationship of the owner.

Note

The ownership percentage of the first entity in the list can be changed but the entity can't be removed. Removing it should be done using the Move or Remove option.
Select Apply.
